Corky Lee's "photographic justice" at Promontory Summit, UT

Corky Lee's act of "photographic justice" at Golden Spike, Promontory Summit, Utah photo appears in the local newspaper the following day.

Corky’s reenactment of the iconic Andrew J. Ressell’s “The Champagne Photo”

to include the descendants of Chinese railroad workers on the 145th anniversary
of the Golden Spike Ceremony on the completion of the First Transcontinental Railroad.

A “Photographic Justice” to commemorate the exclusion of Chinese in that original photograph, as a high 90 percent of the Central Pacific Railroad Company railroad laborers were Chinese.
